🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns/Exchanges are applicable on select products only (check product page)
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery 📦
• Items must be:
• Unused, unworn & in original condition 🚫
• With original packaging, tags & invoice intact 🏷️
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product

💸 Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you ✅
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to:
• Original payment method 💳
• Or as store credit, based on eligibility
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable 🚚

• Customized or personalized jewellery ✂️
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) 👂
• Items without original packaging/tags
• Products returned after the return window ⏳
